Truck Simulator: Ultimate has crossed 110 million Google Play installs across 14 countries, more than 100 cities, and a roster of 32+ officially licensed Mercedes-Benz, Scania, and DAF trucks.

Zuuks Games is the Turkish studio behind Bus Simulator: Ultimate, the simulation title that crossed 350 million installs before the team released Truck Simulator: Ultimate in September 2021. The current build, version 1.4.1, runs on Android 7.0 and up with a 1.80 GB APK download and roughly 2 GB of RAM headroom. The game combines two genres in one package. The simulation side gives you cockpit-level truck driving with officially licensed Mercedes-Benz, Scania, and DAF rigs running on Michelin tires. The tycoon side lets you set up offices in 14 countries, hire drivers, design office interiors, and bid on freight auctions. The roster spans 32+ trucks, the world covers more than 100 cities, and the soundtrack ships with 250+ radio stations and 25+ language options.

Officially licensed trucks and the 32+ vehicle roster

The dealership is the spine of the game. Every truck carries a real licensing deal with the manufacturer, which is why model designations follow the exact European naming convention (the “18” prefix marks the 18-ton GVW class, the last two digits scale with horsepower). The roster splits into three groups: the Mercedes-Benz showroom, the Scania and DAF European line, and the Used Trucks Market for older, cheaper rigs.

Mercedes-Benz showroom lineup

Mercedes-Benz has the deepest representation in the game and its own dedicated showroom in the menu. The Actros L family runs from the Actros L 1848 at the entry of the long-haul tier, through the 1851 in the middle, to the Actros L 1853 at the top of the line (all three added in version 1.4.1). Below the Actros L sits the older Actros L base model and the Axor 1840 LS 2015, which is the recommended starter truck for new careers because its sticker price slots comfortably into the early-game cash budget. Each Mercedes-Benz ships with a truck wash bay in the garage so the paintwork stays clean for higher-paying contracts.

Scania, DAF, and the European long-haulers

Scania and DAF round out the European long-haul half of the lineup. Both manufacturers are licensed, which means the cab interior, hood badging, dashboard layout, and engine sounds match the real trucks rather than generic stand-ins. The Michelin tire licensing extends across every truck in the roster, with tire wear modeled as a maintenance variable that affects grip in rain and snow.

Used Trucks Market and customization options

The Used Trucks Market is the secondhand tier. Trucks here cost less but ship with prior wear, lower top trims, and shorter service life before the next repair bill. Once any truck is in the garage, the customization layer opens: paint colors and decals, lamps, custom bumpers, horns, cockpit lights, the ultra dump trailer attachment for construction cargo, and the cockpit accessories slot for driver hands wearing rosaries, rings, watches, or tattoos. The drift mode and cinematic camera effects are limited to DLC vehicles.

14 countries and 100+ cities on the global map

The world map is the second pillar. You start in one country and unlock office expansion into the others through career progress, which is why route variety scales with how far the company has grown. The 14 countries split naturally into four regions.

  • Europe (eight countries): Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Netherlands, Turkey, plus the Azerbaijan special zone, and the Russia overland route. German autobahns let you push the Actros L 1853 closer to its top speed, while Italian and Spanish village roads force tighter cornering and slower trailer handling.
  • Americas (three countries): United States, Canada, and Brazil. The US routes lean into long-haul interstate runs and the American truck cab style, Canada adds snow weather variants, and Brazil includes coastal city deliveries.
  • Asia and Pacific (three countries): China, South Korea, and Japan. These maps run shorter distances between cities than the US or Russian routes, with right-hand drive engaged automatically for Japan to match local traffic flow.

The road system spans village roads (40-60 km/h speed signs and tight bends), city roads (traffic lights, intersections, pedestrians), highways (multi-lane with overtaking), and highway toll roads (where the toll booth charge gets deducted from the contract payout). Each of the 100+ cities has its own delivery point, fuel station, and freight pickup zone. The day-night cycle moves continuously, so a Berlin-to-Madrid run will likely change daylight conditions before you reach the drop-off.

From one truck to logistics empire: the tycoon mode

The tycoon layer is what separates Truck Simulator: Ultimate from pure driving sims. Career progression starts with one truck, a single office in your starting country, and zero employees. Every cash payout feeds the same loop: hire a driver, buy a second truck, expand the office, then open a branch in a second country.

The freight auction is the highest-revenue layer in the tycoon mode. Auctions list time-sensitive contracts at higher base pay than the standard mission board, and the auction list refreshes on a cooldown that costs in-game gold to skip. Hired drivers run their own contracts passively while you drive yours, which is the main passive income loop after the early career. Office interiors are customizable through furniture purchases, and each country office unlocks the local freight auction listings, so a player with offices in Germany, the US, and Japan sees three separate auction pools at once. The Used Trucks Market also functions as a tycoon tool because you can buy cheap, run them for short contracts, and resell them once mileage caps out.

Realistic driving systems: cockpit, weather, fuel, rest stops

The simulation side is built on five systems that all run at once during a contract.

The cockpit is rendered per-truck with working dashboard gauges (RPM, speedometer, fuel, temperature), three exterior mirrors, the steering wheel with a turn signal stalk, a fully animated gearbox lever, and the wiper button that triggers the windshield water feature when held down. Driver hand and accessory cosmetics (rosaries, rings, watches, tattoos) appear in first-person view. Vehicle start is automatic when you press the gas, which removes the ignition step from the mission flow.

Weather runs as a continuous system rather than a per-mission setting, with clear, rain, and snow states that change mid-route. Rain reduces tire grip, and snow shows up specifically on Canadian and northern Russian roads. Day and night cycle continuously, and night driving forces you to use the headlight and cockpit lamp customization slots.

Fuel and rest are the third and fourth systems. Fuel drains based on cargo weight and engine load, with the Cheap Gas feature flagging stations where the per-liter price runs below the area average. Rest areas appear along highways, and stopping there opens an order menu for food and drinks. Driving too long without a break causes the screen to blur from driver fatigue, which is the in-game signal that a rest stop is required before the next stretch. The fifth system is the 250+ radio stations with playback in 25+ languages, plus the option to add custom internet radio stream URLs through a config file for stations not in the default list.

Multiplayer convoys, joint cargo, and online races

Multiplayer runs on a separate server tab that you unlock partway through the career. Two modes sit there. Joint cargo lets a group of players carry the same contract together, with the payout split across the convoy. The race mode pits trucks head-to-head on a closed course, which is a deliberate departure from the slow-paced simulation rhythm of the career mode. The convoy chat is built into the server tab. The race mode rewards leaderboard positions with cash and gold, not just bragging rights, which is why convoy races see the most active player counts during weekend events.

11+ cargo types and the freight auction system

Cargo is what gets attached to the trailer and is the variable that decides contract payout. The standard job board lists 11 named cargo categories: Fashion Shopping Online, Gas and Fuel, Fusion, Fridge, Money, Food Delivery, Gem Stack, Office Supplies, Frozen Honey, Theme Park Materials, and Cars (transport with car carrier trailers). Each cargo type pairs with a specific trailer model and has its own weight class, which feeds into the fuel drain rate and the truck’s hill-climb performance.

The brick trailer system runs a second cargo pool with and without the tarpaulin attached. Loads in this pool include fruit and vegetable boxes, coal, fertilizer, cobblestone, cement, plaster, coke bottles, onions, and potatoes. The tarpaulin version protects rain-sensitive cargo like fertilizer and gives a contract bonus when the goods arrive dry. The ultra dump trailer is the third specialized attachment, used for construction-related cargo runs where the load tips out at the drop-off.

Money is a notable cargo type because it triggers a heightened security mission flow, with longer delivery windows and a higher base payout to match the risk. Contract payout scales with three variables at once: cargo type, distance, and time pressure, which is why a 600 km Money or Frozen Honey contract typically pays more than a same-distance Office Supplies run.

What’s new in Truck Simulator: Ultimate version 1.4.1

Version 1.4.1 rolled out on January 28, 2026, and the patch focuses on the Mercedes-Benz showroom. The headline changes:

  • Mercedes-Benz Actros L 1848 added. Slots in at the entry of the new Actros L long-haul tier, sitting above the older base Actros L and just below the 1851. The cab interior, hood badging, and dashboard match the real-world Mercedes-Benz 1848 trim.
  • Mercedes-Benz Actros L 1851 added. The middle horsepower tier of the new Actros L family, with engine sound and torque tuning between the 1848 and 1853.
  • Mercedes-Benz Actros L 1853 added. The current top of the Mercedes-Benz lineup, recommended for the longest-distance contracts and the heaviest cargo classes like Frozen Honey, Theme Park Materials, and the Money cargo type.
  • Bug fixes and performance improvements. Patched stability issues from version 1.3.8, with general optimization across older Android 7.0 and 8.0 devices.

The three new Actros L trims sit in the Mercedes-Benz showroom alongside the older Actros L, the Axor 1840 LS 2015, and the truck wash bay added in earlier patches.

Truck Simulator: Ultimate MOD APK features

This MOD removes the cash and gold paywall on the tycoon side and unlocks the full dealership from session one, which lets you reach the freight auction layer in all 14 countries without grinding the early career missions. The build also pre-grants VIP Level 30, which is the maximum subscription tier in the stock game.

Unlimited Money

Stock cash is the bottleneck that gates buying a second truck, opening offices in additional countries, and hiring drivers. A starter Mercedes-Benz Axor 1840 LS 2015 fits in the low six-figure budget, while a high-trim Actros L 1853 with full customization (cockpit lights, custom bumper, ultra dump trailer attachment) climbs into the millions. The MOD pins the cash counter at the cap so you can buy the Actros L 1853 from first launch, pay the truck wash and customization fees in one sitting, and stock offices across all 14 countries (Germany, US, Japan, Brazil among them) without finishing the early Axor-class missions.

Unlimited Gold

Gold is the game’s premium currency, used to refresh the freight auction listing pool, skip the cooldown between long-haul deliveries, and unlock VIP-tier cosmetic items inside the Mercedes-Benz showroom. Stock gold trickles in through daily logins and small mission rewards, with a typical job paying 2 to 5 gold per delivery. The MOD locks gold at 9,999 and stops it from draining when spent, so you can refresh the freight auction list repeatedly until a high-value cargo run shows up, and instantly unlock cosmetic items like driver hands, rings, tattoos, and the cinematic camera effects on DLC vehicles.

VIP Level 30 Unlocked

VIP is the subscription system in the stock build that grants a monthly cash bonus, a monthly gold bonus, a monthly bonus truck, and full ad removal. Level 30 is the cap, normally reached only through an extended subscription. The MOD starts the account at VIP 30 on first launch, which gives the daily login a maxed reward stack, removes every rewarded video gate around bonus money, and opens up the driver hands and accessories cosmetics (rosaries, rings, watches, tattoos) gated behind VIP. The VIP truck bonus also drops directly into the garage.

All Trucks Unlocked

The stock dealership locks newer Mercedes-Benz models behind level requirements, reputation tiers, and in-game cash. The Actros L 1848, 1851, and 1853 added in version 1.4.1 sit at the top of that gate. The MOD opens every truck slot from launch, so the garage can hold the full Mercedes-Benz Actros L range, the Axor 1840 LS 2015, the Scania and DAF European long-haulers, and the Used Trucks Market entries side by side. Useful when you want to test how the new Actros L 1853 handles a Switzerland-to-Germany highway run before grinding the career to earn it the long way.

No Ads and Free Ad Rewards

The stock version places rewarded video ads at four touchpoints: claiming the 2x cash bonus after a delivery, refreshing the daily mission board, opening freight auction listings, and unlocking the VIP daily login bonus. Each video runs 15 to 30 seconds. The MOD removes the ads entirely and auto-grants the rewards as if you watched them, so the 2x cash bonus applies automatically, the mission board refreshes for free, and the freight auction listings refresh without the video gate.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Truck Simulator: Ultimate MOD APK safe for my device?

The build runs as a standard Android package and does not require root access on most phones. Installation follows the normal sideloading flow once you allow installs from unknown sources in Android Settings. Some MOD versions that pre-grant VIP 30 only apply the bonus correctly on a clean install, so back up the save file before swapping builds, and run a Play Protect scan after installation finishes.

Will I lose my progress if I switch between the MOD APK and the stock APK?

The MOD APK and the stock APK use the same Google account save slot, but the cash, gold, and VIP level differences can trigger a sync conflict. Installing the MOD over an existing stock install often will not retroactively apply the VIP 30 bonus, because that bonus only activates on a first-time install. The safest path is uninstall the stock version, install the MOD on a clean state, and skip cloud sync on the first launch.

Does the MOD APK work with the multiplayer convoys and online races?

Multiplayer convoys and online races require a live connection to the Zuuks Games server, and the server runs anti-cheat checks against unusually high cash or gold totals. Some MOD builds disable the multiplayer tab to avoid bans, while others allow convoy joining but flag the account. The cleanest approach is to keep the MOD for single-player career and tycoon progress, and switch back to the stock APK for the multiplayer convoys and the race leaderboards.

What devices can run Truck Simulator: Ultimate?

The game requires Android 7.0 or newer, around 2 GB of RAM headroom, and roughly 2.5 GB of free storage once the 1.80 GB APK is installed. Mid-range phones from 2020 onward handle the default graphics settings without frame drops, while older devices benefit from dropping shadow quality and traffic density in the in-game settings. The MOD APK does not change the system requirements.
